• 1–2 person in class: 1–1.5 hr/session

• 3–4 person in class: 2–2.5 hr/session

📘 WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Theory Session (1 Session):
Discover knowledge of our ocean and become an ocean ambassador.

Pool Sessions (4 Sessions):
Learn how to:

• Swim like a mermaid

• Perform land & underwater poses

• Control facial expressions, buoyancy, and hair underwater

• At the advanced level, showcase skills in solo or group performance
