Terms & Conditions for Class and Course Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. General Policy

By booking a class or course with DiveArts Academy, participants agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms. These ensure fair treatment for all participants and allow us to maintain high-quality training experiences.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Participants who are unable to attend may request a reschedule according to the rescheduling policy below.
  • No-shows without prior notice will forfeit their booking without the option to reschedule.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling Request by Participant:
    • Must be made at least 5 days before the class or course start date.
    • Requests made within 5 days will be considered case-by-case and may be subject to a rescheduling fee (IDR 250,000).
    • Rescheduling due to illness or emergencies must be supported by valid proof (e.g., doctor's note).
  • Rescheduling by DiveArts Academy:
    • If a class must be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or instructor availability, participants will be offered an alternative date or class.
    • No refunds will be given, but rescheduling will be free of charge.


4. Other Terms

  • All changes must be communicated in writing via email or official WhatsApp channel.
  • Each booking may only be rescheduled once. Additional changes may incur administrative fees or be denied.
  • Credits or rescheduled classes are non-transferable and valid for 3 months from the original booking date.
