Refund policy

At DiveArts Academy, we strive to provide high-quality mermaid training, experiences, and merchandise. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course & Training Fees

All payments for mermaid courses, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable unless:

  • DiveArts Academy cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The participant provides a valid medical certificate proving they are unable to attend. In this case, a reschedule or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Participants may reschedule their class at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within less than 7 days may incur an additional fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2. Mermaid Performances & Event Bookings

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm event bookings, which is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event.
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Merchandise & Tails

Our mermaid tails, accessories, and other merchandise are made with care. Please note:

  • No refunds or exchanges for custom-made or personalized products.
  • For standard items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and has not been submerged in water.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Digital Products & Memberships

  • Purchases of online courses, digital materials, and memberships are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
